Krol'dok Stronghold is a new dungeon in World of Warcraft: Forever: a sprawling outdoor ogre stronghold in the Riverglades, run by an ogre clan that kidnaps travellers, where strange chanting drifts out at night.

It is the first new dungeon tied to one of Forever's brand-new zones. Blizzard built it as an alternative to running Scarlet Monastery yet again in the early 40s. It is above the level cap of the early Forever beta, and the beta client doesn't name any bosses for it yet.

History

Krol'dok is the fortress of an ogre clan in the Riverglades, and its warriors are known for carrying off travellers. Strange chanting has been heard coming from it at night. Blizzard's developers have hinted that the stronghold has fallen under the influence of the Twilight's Hammer cult, which suggests Old God corruption is spreading through the region.

Getting there

The stronghold is in the Riverglades, a new level 35–45 contested zone in Forever. The Riverglades lie east of the Badlands and Burning Steppes and also border Redridge Mountains and the Swamp of Sorrows. It can be reached on the new Steamwheedle ship route from Tanaris to Powderfuse Port. The exact entrance hasn't been confirmed yet.

Bosses

No bosses have been named yet. Given the setting, expect ogres and Twilight's Hammer cultists.
