Druid
[edit | edit source]Shapeshifting guardians of the natural world who can tank as a Bear, strike as a Cat, heal through Restoration, or blast enemies as a Balance caster — all from one character. Druids draw on Mana, Rage, and Energy depending on the form they take, making them one of the most flexible hybrids in the game. Found among Night Elves in the Alliance and Tauren in the Horde.
Masters of the wild who fight alongside a tamed beast companion, raining arrows and gunfire on enemies from range while their pet closes in for the kill. Hunters lean on survival instincts, traps, and marksmanship more than magic, though Mana still fuels many of their shots and abilities. Equally at home in the wilderness or the heat of battle.
Mage
[edit | edit source]Scholars of the arcane who bend Fire, Frost, and raw arcane energy to devastating ranged effect. Mages rely entirely on Mana and Intellect, favor staves and wands over close combat, and can conjure food, water, and portals for allies. Found among Humans and Gnomes in the Alliance, and Trolls and Undead in the Horde.
Devoted servants of the Light — or, for some, the Void — who specialize in powerful healing magic backed by punishing shadow spells when the situation calls for it. Priests draw exclusively on Mana and favor staves, wands, and maces over heavier weaponry. Found among Humans, Dwarves, and Night Elves in the Alliance, and Undead and Trolls in the Horde.
Holy warriors who fuse martial training with the Light, equally capable holding the front line, healing allies, or smiting enemies with radiant judgment. Paladins draw on Mana to fuel their prayers, seals, and protective auras, blending faith with steel. Their devotion to the Light makes them one of the most versatile hybrids in the game.
Rogue
[edit | edit source]Stealthy killers who strike from the shadows, relying on Energy and Combo Points to chain together devastating finishing moves. Rogues favor daggers, fist weapons, and dual-wielded one-handed blades, leaning on poison and precision rather than brute force. Best played by those who prefer to control a fight before it even begins.
Spiritual conduits who commune with the elements, calling on Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water to heal allies or scorch enemies. Shaman draw on Mana and totems planted in the earth to shape the battlefield around them, moving fluidly between melee, ranged damage, and healing. Their strength comes from harmony with nature rather than mastery over it.
Practitioners of forbidden magic who bind demons to their will and wear enemies down with Shadow and Fire over time. Warlocks fuel their most devastating spells with Soul Shards harvested from the dying, alongside conventional Mana. Found among Humans and Gnomes in the Alliance, and Orcs and Undead in the Horde.
Purely physical combatants who master every weapon and stance of war, from sword-and-board tanking to reckless two-handed damage dealing. Warriors build Rage through landing and taking blows in combat, spending it on abilities that only grow more dangerous as a fight escalates. No magic, no tricks — just discipline, muscle, and unmatched versatility on the battlefield.
