Excavation Site is a new dungeon in World of Warcraft: Forever: a Titan dig site in the highlands above Whelgar's Excavation, wrapped in a strange mist and guarded by Titan constructs. Some fan sites list it as "Excavation Site: Wetlands".
It is the first new Forever dungeon after level 20 and the first with a Titan theme. At the time of writing it had not opened on the beta, so very little about it has been confirmed.
This dungeon opens on the Forever beta when the level cap rises to 30. Almost nothing inside has been verified yet; this page will be expanded as information comes in.

History
[edit | edit source]A strange mist has been rolling down out of the Wetlands highlands, and flashes of light can be seen on the horizon. Above Whelgar's Excavation Site, the dwarves have uncovered something the Titans left behind. Their constructs are still active and still guarding it, and parts of the site seem to be stuck in time. The dungeon ties in with the Explorers' League.
Four areas have been named: the Lost Marsh, Stalker's Thicket, the Site of the Guardian and the Lost Dig Site.
Getting there
[edit | edit source]The dungeon is in the Wetlands, in the highlands above Whelgar's Excavation Site. Both factions can reach it; for Horde players it means travelling through Alliance-held territory. The exact entrance coordinates haven't been confirmed yet.
Bosses
[edit | edit source]Four bosses have been named from the beta client. Three are beasts, so crowd control that works on beasts (such as Hibernate or Scare Beast) should be useful. No abilities, locations or loot have been confirmed yet.
