Direct flights from the flight master here, from the game client's flight path data (build 70374). Costs are the base price; a reputation discount can lower them in game. Every flight point is listed on Flight Paths.

Stormwind City	Elwynn Forest	8 30

Data

The flight master comes from the beta client's flight path data (TaxiNodes, build 70235). Town-level NPC and quest lists will fill in automatically once the WFDataLogger addon records the subzone as well as the zone.
