Best in slot

PvP

Beta data (build 1.60.1). Picks and sources may change before launch on 4 November 2026.

Priority: Stamina first: Corruption and Curse of Agony do the killing, so the job is to still be standing when they finish. Then shadow damage and spell power, valued equally, with fire damage at half (it only helps Immolate), then Intellect for the mana.

Talents: Affliction 11 / Demonology 0 / Destruction 0

PvE

Beta data (build 1.60.1). Picks and sources may change before launch on 4 November 2026.

Priority: Shadow damage and spell power first, since Corruption, Curse of Agony and Shadow Bolt all run on them. Fire damage is worth half, for Immolate only. Then Intellect, because a warlock with no mana has nothing left to do. Stamina barely matters and healing not at all.

Talents: Affliction 11 / Demonology 0 / Destruction 0
