Written by wf_push_item_sources.py at the top of every NPC page. It shows where the NPC was met in game and stores a row in the NPCs Cargo table, which the NPCs page and each zone page read.

Parameters:

  • npc_id: the NPC's id.
  • zones: comma-separated zone names recorded by the WFDataLogger addon (0.2.0 or later). Empty until someone with that version meets the NPC.
  • location: the same zones as links, for display.
  • name (optional): defaults to the page name.
  • map / pins (optional, written by the push for NPCs in its npc_map_ids.txt): the zone data page (MediaWiki:WfMap-<map>.json) and the NPC's pin(s) as x,y;x,y (0-100 map coordinates). Shows a small zone map, top right, with only those pins, flagged approximate; clicking it opens the full zone view with only those pins. map2/pins2, map3/pins3: the same for an NPC seen on more than one map (one small map per zone, stacked). label: the pins' name (defaults to the page name). Without pins nothing is added. The box stays hidden until the WfMap gadget has loaded the zone map.

Zones only come from logged game data; don't fill them in by hand. This template defines the table "NPCs". View table.
